Official Campus 

The Claroline Official Campus is aimed at hosting contents with educational purpose. Claroline cannot be held responsible for the content, use or effect of the information published in the courses created on the Official Campus. However, Claroline reserves the right to remove the contents in case of undesirable use. Contact us if you notice any improper use of the Campus.

GNU General Public License - No warranty 

As mentionned in the articles 11-12 of the GNU General Public License, under which the Claroline platform is distributed, the  Claroline Consortium, the project managers, the developers and all the participants in the project are not responsible for damages arising out of the use of the program.

11. Because the program is licensed free of charge, there is no warranty for the program, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Except when otherwise stated in writing the copyright holders and/or other parties provide the program "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the program is with you. Should the program prove defective, you assume the cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction.
