This tool allows course administrator to manage a list of sessions to which user will be able to subscribe.  It can be used to organize exam sessions, seminars,...  It can also export list of subscribed users as a CSV file.

Update 24/09 : Sortable session list, more fields in csv export, utf-8 handling of csv export, fix some bugs.

Inwicast Mediacenter

Inwicast Mediacenter is an extension which adds multimedia capabilites to Claroline so that teachers can easily publish, manage and share audio and video podcasts in various formats (flash, mp4, wmv, mp3). Inwicast Mediacenter can manage uploaded podcasts as well as videos hosted on distant servers like Youtube, Google Video or Dailymotion.

Inwicast Mediacenter tool for Claroline was designed by INWI (Interactive Wireless) with the participation of the Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-En-Yvelines and the Ecole Centrale de Lyon. It is released under GPL licence and is free for any non-commercial use.

The version for Claroline 1.8 is compitable with Claroline 1.9.

Results

Image Handle a results list with this tool. Teacher creates a list of evaluations with a max score and a weighting, he enters the students results then he can get a list of all students's results with sums and average notes.

Advanced survey

This tool enables the course manager to create surveys for the students. Surveys can be anonyms or not. The questions are from one of the following categories : open questions, mulitple choices single answer, multiple choices multiple answers or array questions (multiple choice with different values possible for each choice).

The survey can be configured to be open only for a given period of time. The results of the survey are accessible (during or after the survey is done) on a web page and they also are exportable as a csv file which can be processed by a spreadsheet software.

This module is not an upgrade from CLSURVEY.
