BTC uses a Claroline platform to manage the training of the technical co-operation experts, preparing them for their field activities, but also to build a staff community using the platform to share experience and best practices. Within this framework, BTC recruits a new collaborator with pedagogical skills for a permanent contract. The description of function and profile can be found on the BTC website.
